Default skin

I had the default skin as gumax before but I found not a lot of people recognized the site as a wiki and the number of people helping to edit dropped off. Cathwiki 11:26, 4 October 2009 (CDT)

I see. Yet I think the monobook is kind of bland. Does the Mediawiki system offer other skins that can be installed? Perhaps there is a more updated skin that is still recogniseable. I'm going to be upgrading this wiki soon so it's the most current version of Mediawiki. After that I can look at setting up a more updated skin. Cathwiki 11:58, 4 October 2009 (CDT)
